Gujral may move Russia for Iisco update

[Details] Prime Minister Inder Kumar Gujral will take initiatives to get the Russian finance ministry to approve release of funds from the rupee-rouble escrow account for the modernisation of Indian Iron & Steel Company (Iisco), according to Steel Authority of India Ltd sources.

Hindustan Petroleum plans tank farm at Jawaharlal Nehru port

[Details] Oil major Hindustan Petroleum Corporation pans to set up a tank farm at the Jawarharlal Nehru Port for storing high speed diesel and superior kerosene oil. The storage capacity of the tank farm will be around 1.5 lakh kilo litres.

Merchant bankers likely to lose licences

[Details] After two years of total lack of business, 130 merchant bankers will face suspension of their licences.
