Terrorist is Terrorist no matter what religion, province, country he/she belongs. Supreme Court, please serve the justice by hanging Gujarat Riot's terrorists - VHP, RSS, BAJRANG DAL extremists.

Gujarat riots were more heinous, horrific and gruesome than Mumbai Attack (No one can disagree with this). GUJARAT RIOT CULPRITS WOULD HAVE BEEN HUNG BEFORE KASAB ideally. But that did not happen even after 10 years. Why ?????

The Supreme Court of India today rejected the mercy plea to spare life of Pakistani Terrorist Ajmal Kasab . Really it is a historic verdict as Ajmal Kasab has been sentenced death penalty in regard to the Mumbai Attack .

Kasab should first be tortured and then hanged. He deserves that and it will also send out a strong message. Such punishment should be made legal for terrorists.

Without loosing a single minitue, Kasab be hanged to death and eliminate an evil human being who was born to ruin civilization and humanity of the world.

Is Kasab AFRAID TO DIE?! He should not be,as his Pakistani masters brainwashed him saying that if he killed Indians & died in his attempt,he would straight go to "JANNAT"!! He has been given a VERY FAIR TRIAL & India MUST EXPEDITE HIS JOURNEY TO "JANNAT"!! JAI HIND.

Criminals like Kasab who killed so many innocent persons should be hanged without any further delay. We cannot keep feeding such Criminals indefinitely.

It is really hard to understand the delay in hanging the guy, seems like SC is awaiting him to die awaiting death penalty...hats off SC !!

We can only hope that he will be hanged soon. Kasab will certainly apply for clemency and the decision will meet the same fate as that of Afzal Guru.

The powerful Higher court has upheld the judgement of High Court. But we are watching the action to be taken by the Exicutive as the delay in completing the sentence may once again creat doubts in the people.

i really dont understand what took the judiciary system to delay this judgement so long seems a massacre of this type is more safer than a planned one and killing just one person , he killed innocent people in the board day light in a metro railway station on the city which is a financial capital of a country.. its pathetic and disgusting to hear and read , had they allowed the mob there or the commandoes they would have finished him there and cremated as per religion..

Wow...Great News about Ajmal Kasab..Der aaye par daroost aaye Indian Government...Some 'necessary' Indian money would be saved now onwards... atleast. Ajmal Amir Kasab should be 'HANGED TILL DEATH'

He still won't be hanged in near future. Our govt will make it sure that Kasab don't get killed in its reign. The sentiments of "minority " will be at stake..... If you do so Police / CID / Congress will be arresting you for victimizing innocent people. People like Tista Setalvad would file a PIL against you and Barkha Dutt will hold a TV show accusing you being a communal person. Please note that in next few Kasab will send a review petition too Supreme court again which will take another few months. After that he'll sent a mercy petition to Honorable President and then he'll enjoy the Indian Biryani forever with his brother Afzal Guru. His family will receive a compensation from the "Indian Muslim League of Congress" govt for any inconvenience caused to them.
