Ludhiana Four Ludhiana students have made the city proud after they got cleared for the Pre-Vayu Sainik Camp to be held in Patiala from September 14 for 10 days. This will be a regional camp and if the students perform well, they can even go for the national camp at Bangalore as well in the coming days. This was informed by Wing Commander S S Kaila.

He informed that all the students are from the NCC Air wing. It is based on their performances in aero-modeling, flying, rapid firing drill and many other games that they have been selected for the regional camp.

The students are Davinderpal Singh and Rahul Shukla from SCD Government College, Parbhneet Kaur from GNE and Alka Sharma from GCW.

The students gave a live performance at Sahnewal Airport this afternoon. Wing Commander S S Kaila said that all the students are from the Science stream and, hence, very clear about the techniques and rules of flying.
