Earlier in the day, Swaraj, who visited Lance Naik Hemraj Singh’s family in Mathura, was quoted by PTI as saying that “if his (Hemraj’s) head could not be brought back, we should get at least 10 heads from their side”. Swaraj was accompanied by BJP president Nitin Gadkari and Rajnath Singh. “The question is will we sit without any reaction and engage in a dialogue? This should not happen. At least the government should react in some way. That is why we have said the government should take some tough measures,” she told PTI.
Gadkari, on the other hand, sought an apology from Pakistan. “I expect the government to take this up in the United Nations,” he said.
Rajnath Singh was quoted as saying that “all cricket and Bollywood diplomacy should stop”.
In the past, the BJP has always opposed any third-party involvement in matters related to the dispute with Pakistan.

Mr. Abbas, enough is enough. We said all good word and played many peacenik role with Pakistan, but they do not understand the language of peace and harmony. It is time to be tough. We must gibe Pakistan a befitting reply in our own way. What Sushmaji had said, is the sentiment of million Indian. We should not think about causality and reaction from any side.
