Here are winners and loosers Winners Thackrey wants political mileage, he got it. BCCI wants money they got it. Mr. Mallya wants Beer sales, he gets it. People wants to bet they got it ! Indians and Pakistanis spent time watching silly game instead of doing work or spending time and money on their families. I feel its very great indeed a very mature decision taken by BCCI and I feel people who had hand in this constructive decision are very creative.

We have to avoid all contact with Pakistan till the perpetrators of 26/11 are handed over to India. It might not happen immediately, but if we keep our focus it will surely happen. How can we ever think of playing games with citizens of a country which has perpetrated such a heinous crime in our country?

Pakistan politicians and army must be laughing, yet again. They must have been waiting for this spineless gesture from India. Everyone should boycott these matches. This is a matter we have lost innocent lives due to conspiracy from Pakistan. Is the cricket bl%^dy so important and the only means to sort things out? Such invitation is only possible when Pakistan had already taken action against ISI, Army and Terrorist camps. Nothing, absolutely nothing has been and Pakistan have been shamelessly ignoring India.

GAMES FOR PEACE Sir, It is immensely heartening that the BCCI has decided to resume cricket ties with Pakistan.Millions of fans on both sides of the boarder have been hopefully waiting for years for this happy occasion.We can play games for politics and sometimes games in politics.But playing games like cricket for better political relationships is welcome.Improving relationships with Islamabad will have multiple benefits for both countries and this is what some politicians with vested interest do not like to happen.Legendary cricketers like Sunil Gavaskar have even mooted the idea of having a 'common' cricket team,teaming up seasoned players from both countries.If it were to happen,the benefits would definitely be many-folded and would spill over to many other areas of common interest.The competitive intensity that cricket generates between us these days was even more palpable and pronounced in pre-independence days when the two countries had played hockey.So hockey ties between us can also be resumed for the betterment of our strained relationships. How can we encourage any ties as long as India was subjected to a great shame and 26/11 remains unresolved? It is high time all diplomatic ties are severed till the culprits of this carnage are brought to ustice.
