New Delhi BJP today hit out at the government for allowing JKLF leader Yasin Malik to visit Pakistan where he shared dais with LeT chief and Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed and demanded confiscation of his passport.

BJP chief Rajnath Singh urged the Indian government to seriously take immediate cognisance of the incident and use diplomatic channels with Pakistan to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.

"Government of India should seriously take immediate cognisance of this incident. India should use diplomatic channels to talk to Pakistan so that such incidents are not repeated. Precautions should also be taken while granting visa to such persons and their activities should be kept under watch," Singh told reporters here today.

Party spokesperson Prakash Javadekar demanded that the government take immediate action against Malik and his passport be confiscated.

"The government needs to come out clean with an action plan. They must arrest, forfeit his apassport and take action against Malik and tell the nation. This is a monumental mistake on the part of the Home Ministry and we will raise at all forums available," said Javadekar.

Terming as "really atonishing" Malik's sharing of the dais with Saeed in Pakistan, Javadekar said the whole country was angry over the incident.

"It is an anti-India platform. Why the government allowed Malik to go to Pakistan. They must explain. Now, what action they are going to take against him. Because you can't allow Pakistan's anti-India forum to take over and Indian separatists joining there," he said.

Javadekar said it was "absolutely unacceptable" that India should allow some separatist leader to go to Pakistan and allow them to talk against the country and join the anti-India propaganda on foreign soil.

The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front(JKLF) leader, who is currently on a private visit to Pakistan, and Saeed yesterday came together to mourn the execution of Parliament attack case convict Afzal Guru and shared the dais.

Anti-Terrorist Front demands probe against Malik for sharing dais with Saeed

Anti-Terrorist Front Chairman M S Bitta today demanded that JKLF chief Yasin Malik be probed and put on trial and his passport revoked for sharing a dais with Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan.

Bitta also accused Malik, the chief of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, of trying to use the hanging of Parliament attack case convict Afzal Guru to "accelerate" his movement.

"He should be put on trial for his evil demeanour and act of treason against the country and aligning with Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed. Malik should be interrogated outside Jammu and Kashmir," Bitta said in a statement here.

He accused Malik, who shared a dais with Saeed while sitting on a hunger strike in Pakistan to mourn Guru's execution, of betraying matryrs and victims of the 26/11 attacks as well the people of the country.

Bitta said the Centre should take 'stringent action' against Malik and demanded that his passport be revoked with immediate effect.

YASIN MALIK HAS 2ND WIFE PAKISTANI. by ANIYAN on 12 Feb 2013

IF YASSIN MALIK WAS AN INDIAN NATIONAL, HE SHOULD NOT HAVE SHARED THE DAIS WITH THE ENEMY OF INDIA, THE ENEMY WHO IS OUT ALWAYS TO KILL INDIANS, THE ENEMY WHO WAS MASTERMIND BEHIND THE DEATH OF INNOCENT INDIANS IN MUMBAI. IF YASIN MALIK DOES NOT HAVE ANY FEELING FOR INDIA, HE SHOULD IMMEDIATELY SURRENDER HIS PASSPORT AND OPT FOR PAKISTANI. HE HAS A LEGITIMATE RIGHT TO GO FOR PAKISTANI PASSPORT OR CITIZENSHIP EVEN, SINCE HIS NEW WIFE IS A PAK CITIZEN. CONGRESS GOVT ALWAYS TREAT SUCH SERIOUS MATTERS WITH NO SPIRIT AND SERIOUSNESS AND WHO KNOWS SALAMAN KHURISHID WILL NOT FOLLOW YASIN MALIK IN MARRYING FROM PAKISTAN AND FINALLY SETTLE DOWN THERE.

Dont be surprised; This came to light because of media. Soon a day will come that there will be a photo taken in a foreign soil of big leaders of The Grand Old Party with all the so called fugitives from INDIAN & INTERNATIONAL law !!!! Who knows what will come up tomorrow ??? Then the spin masters will come up with some theory , with the active support of print & electronic media , playing second fiddle & trying to suppress . Do these two heads really have ITALIAN PASSPORT ? If YES , then why not these media put up a print out for everyone's consumption. Poor President ABDUL KALAM was alleged to have asked this specific point & had paid the price of antagonizing the high command . Is this also true ? GOD & TIME ALONE CAN TELL. 1 more palace intrigue for history to unravel !!! VOTE BANK POLITICS & PLAYING MINORITY CARD .
