Criticism of Parliamentarians by Nelson on 05 May 2012

It has become a form of chastisement of the general public for MPs to equate the criticism of Parliamentarians with denigration of Parliament. The fact that some Parliamentarians are justifiably being criticised for their misdemeanour and criminality does not amount to the belittling of the institution of Parliament or Democracy. Instead it is a demonstration of strong democracy. To stifle constructive criticism under the false guise that it is destroying democracy and an insult to Parliament only goes to show that a raw nerve is being exposed. Honest and righteous Parliamentarians should not feel offended by the constructive criticism of their colleagues. If the cap suits them(the guilty), they should wear it!

politicians will never change by avinash on 04 May 2012

these politicians are shit. isme bhi dharma ghusa rahi hai. if someone is wrong criticise them, be it of any religion. nirmal babas criticism is correct. he is just trying to make money by making others fool. we should also criticise Shahi imam. bukhari some of his comments show love for pakistan bt not india. there r many politicians who use religion for thei benefit.

Biased criticism by Manish Kumar on 04 May 2012

Criticism about Nirmal baba is true and genuine. there is no doubt about. But, Uma Bharti is true about her observation that more than often only Hindu Spiritual Leaders are (Although , i am NOT considering Nirmal baba type people as a Spiritual Leader) being targeted. Forget the Political leaders even the Media, be it a print media or Electronic media hardly dare to talk about "Spiritual Works" of minority leaders. Criticism is fine but it should be fair and Unbiased.

Uma Bharti on Ramdev and Anna by dr_ramanathan6@hotmail.com on 04 May 2012

Uma Bharti is right on her observation about Ramdev and Anna. If they are sincere and serious of fighting corruption or do good to people as they pretend, they should join politics, provide an alternative to the 'corrupt' politicians, to people contest election and form Government as they claim they have overwhelming support of the people. Their government can bring whatever good they feel to do instead of merely accusing others of not doing what they want to do. They should have the guts to practice what they preach and show that they are not making empty preachings to become popular and get some crumbs of power for themselves.
