Supreme court should act now by rajkumar on 14 Nov 2012

Well we all expect supreme court to act every now and then. This is a fit case, when there is a lack of Judicial reforms and legislative action by our MPs and MLAs. The nation is reeling in shame. What will a poor girl and family do against a very powerful hooligans and muredrers who walk with a robe of rulers? The supreme court should immediately take action on the following for this and any rape cases: 1. Within 10 days the forensic, DNA, other evidence should be deposited with the Supereme court. 2. All rape cases anywhere in the country should be notified to a central monitoring cell within 1 hour and it should be monitored for scientific evidence by a monitoring group and all done in 48 hours. 3. Any issues with local police should be probed and any police or judicial personal acting against the wishes of Supreme court should be jailed for 10 years immediately. 4. Any politicians in rape case should be sent to Andamanns or Lakshdweep for 6 months to protect witness.
