Hi, It seems that only Anna is reliable and rest cannot be in any case be believed.Why arvind kejrival is supporting bhushans even after there is a doubht on their credibility as a perfectly OK men as far as corruption is concerned? Then Even Raja should not be said to be corrupt till court convicts him. It cannot be a smear campaign as (I want to be at distance with Anna in this regard and request him to induct men with solid integrity to the current Lok pal team) persons who donot follow probity in private cannot be said to follow probity in public life Anna is the only hope for the general public who wholeheartedly want this bill to be drafted and passed in the shortest time.Annaji Jai Ho.

why cant honest people like us who fall in line with same as anna n so claimed by bhushans are not expected to know from bhushans why were they allotted at such low price there is deffinately a conflict of interest,why didnt prashant bhushan who is expert in filing PILs,not bothered to understand out of so many applicants tht only father/son duo got prime allottments,they must resign n there r many honest retired judges who can draft much better bill than bhushans,its shameful tht we are only depending on these two bhushans to draft lokpal bill,worst part is kiran bedi,arvind kejriwal they keep shouting from roof top when it comes to congres corruption but why they dont bring in once the topic of BJP corruption on TV shows it is a clear cut case of being partisan n vindication

Whatever is the situation here, everyone should understand that progress is possible from top to bottom. Anna Hazare and his collegues are only making pressure on Govt. to keep their words. All of them are being utilized from somone other who is not coming in front. All the corruption matters are now in backline. Media/public are now only behind Anna and his collegues. The people should analyze the entire circumstances. Everyone could understand that to erradicate corruption we will have to first of all start the national comapign for public awareness. I am sure 80 % of population doesn't know their fundamental rights and fundamental duties. Then how we can say that they will understand the term corruption, how they will erradiacte it. Let's see, what happens.

Politcians are to answer for such allotments of plots to from discretionary quota and this is not a special case or a first of its kind. If CMs' are ministers are vested with such powers then why so much hue and cry. Let the parliament pass a bill debarring discretionary quota in all spheres of life. Does discreationary powers dont exist in admission to prime professional institutions and in all goverment departments? Nevertheless singling out Bhushans' shows that there is a concerted move to skuttle the LOKPAL BILL but no mater whatsoever, this bill will go through since the will of the people is behind it.

Bhusans must have involved in so many wheeling and dealing. Otherwise how they would have prospered. Their legal mind can be used for drafting lokpal bill. Let them not coin themselves crusaders of corruption. The whole drama appears to be stage managed to exploit the sentiments of youth to further their interests.

Can the person who put up this story explain the crime done by the Bhushans in this matter? There are almost a 100 other people who applied and got plots. Why any of their names are not reflecting here? Why targeting only the Bhushans? Is the Indian Express afraid that the Lokpal bill may put them or their political masters in danger?

Shanti Bushan was law Minister under Morarji Desai who was working for CIA. The names of law ministers like Ram Jethmalini,HR Bharadwaj, and so many others are all political appointees to serve the Business class which funds the politicians.

There is unfortunately, nothing is right with the father and the son.They can call themselves as consultants to the committee and better charge a fee than calling themselves god sent persons to correct the rot . In that case they would be very acceptable as they know how the system works wrongly at all levels and they can suggest good remedies. They have the best experience in a foul system , even if it means they have gained some times .They have the legal competence to advice the committee and it will be very useful

While the Bhushans arguement on allotment of govt land may be faulty and contentious, will newspaper editors and journalists pls. come clean about the land/property allotted by various govts for their residential use? How many journalists would have been benefitted at throw away prices? should that also be condoned? Its again a pot calling a kettle black. The entire civil society, journalists, politicians, bureaucrats and to some extent the judiciary all work hand in glove and cheat the public and make the public a fool of themselves. Who could bell this jourlist-cat?

It's time to wake up now for all the people who blindly started running behind the Anna hazaarey and company.. It happens when we invest too much on the individuals... Money is not the only way of corruption.The laywers fighting cases against the Govt are generally bribed by allotments... At the end of day everybody is happy.. Govt.(briber) and the allotte (bribed person). So it's better to develop a system rather developing individuals in fighting the system. I just pray that better sense prevails with these activists.....

What's happening with all these media reports of Anna Hazare's select civil society panel representatives having taken favors from Govt. who are known to be corrupt and are facing financial misappropriation cases in the Supreme Court. With certain obscure political parties having been kept out in the cold, suddenly becoming vocal and springing up stories of ill-conceived favors given to the Bhushans, Hazare will have to do a serious re-think on his inner advisors financial background. Amar Singh seems to be the hitman again leaking out the snippets against the Bhushans when the fact remains he had played to Mulayum Singh Yadav's court in his heydeys and at the time of splitting ways, he had threatened to disclose to the nation many dirty secrets of Mulayum's party, but preferred to keep a low profile thereafter. Hazare has to stay focused and ensure none of these allegations hold the slightest of truth else his fight against graft will require introspection of the people within.

Apart from nepotism, this issue stinks of corruption and influence. Clearly, the Bhushans are no cleaner than the system they're trying to change. So they must shed their moral-mask and come clean.

This seems to be creation of the Editor or Reporter in collusion with Amar and Congress.Where was the Editor/Reporter up to these many days to open this point?The idea seems to be a conspiracy to derail the upsurge of the common mass against corruption with the help of the managed media.

Please continue publishing this kind of stuff without any proof, the other day you published a piece saying bhushan's CD was verified by a lab without publishing any other details. Are you that guys that desperate for money ?, Don't you guys have any respect for this nation ?, Finally when people come together to fight corruption instead of fight along, why are you trying to derail the process ?, WHAT IS YOUR PRICE ?

On going through the sensationalizing news upto the last line, it is evident that this news had been published just to defame and disturb the movement on the behest of the Govt.. Let it be known to all that national level lawyers have always been the costliest all the time, i.e. from the era of Pt. MOTI LAL NEHRU even he was a millionier, 80yrs. from now. Whole the story clearly shows that this news is biased nothing else with a aim to disturb the tender minds of young masses. Even the prices are also ok. i submit an example of Chiranjiv Vihar GZB, here small plots are in the range of 18k to 28k per sq.yard where as plots of 500and above are available at @ of 16 to 20k per sq.yrd. that too at premium locations. Now the readers can very well understand the motive behind this News.

Whatever it may be, the show must go on. Raking up issues will not help,but delay the enactment of Lok Pal.

WHEN LOKPAL COMMITTEE WAS FORMED BABA RAM DEVJI MAHARAJ OBJECTED THIS FATHER AND SON DUO AND SOME MEDIA DIDN'T LIKE IT . BABA ALSO TOLD INDIAN MASSES THAT " IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR GOVERMENT TO FIND FIVE PEOPLE TO REPRESENT THEM WHO ARE NOT TAINTED ? WHY HE IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR HIS AGENDA TO CLEAN INDIA OF HENIOUS CRIMES ?

Looks like media wants to be with politicians not with People. Bhushans/Hazare did not declare themselves are gandhians. It was media who created the picture. A party run by people with "gandhi" surnames is trying to protect their surnames.

If you are saying the other person is corrupt then you should be clean. Bhushans cannot wash their hands merely saying Mayawati Govt alloted land to them. Fact is Jayant Bhushan is lawyer against Mayawati in Noida land case. If there was Sharad Pawar in place of Bhushans Anna Hazare and his supporters could have demanded his resignation from Ministry. Why Bhushans should get spare. Does Democrarcy means what lawyers or so called activists does are ok but if a politicians does the same thing that is corrupt practice? Another thing Rs 2 lakhs spent on Anna Hazare's birthday from his NGOS account. Ex Supreme Court Justice P. B. Sawant in quiry commission found this irregularity. Anna Hazare tnedere apology and Sawant Commission and the state Govt did not pursue the case. This is mentioned in Sawant Commission report. If Anna did that is good if a Politician could have done it same Anna Hazare could have demanded his resignation. No double standard please!!! We indians used for it.

Mr Shanti Bhushan should dissociate himself from the Lokpal draft committee till he comes out clean on all the allegations. Ceaser's wife should be above suspicion. His presence will make people lose confidence in Anna Hazare and his Lokpal.
