Mumbai Actress Bipasha Basu was admitted to a city hospital after she complained of fever and exhaustion.

The 33-year-old was admitted to Lilavati hospital in suburban Bandra yesterday afternoon. She was discharged later.

"She was admitted to hospital yesterday due to mild fever and exhaustion. She was under observation. But now she is doing fine and has been discharged," said Dr Sudhir Dagaonkar, the spokesperson of Lilavati hospital.

The actress also took to Twitter today to assure her fans that she was doing fine.

"For people who are worried about me getting hospitalised. Just want to tell you that right now am feeling much better. Acute exhaustion and viral fever!," she tweeted.

Basu, who was last seen in Vikram Bhatt's 3D horror "Raaz 3", says she will celebrate the success of her film after she gets well.

"Raaz 3 is a super success! Thank you all for such amazing feedback on my performance. Feel so blessed and happy. Will be back on my feet soon to celebrate the success of my film," she said.
