Whether it was small or harmless is quite besides the point. Why was it there at all? How does anyone know on spotting it that it is "harmless"? Bad show by hotel. Bad publicity for Kerala and India
The question is not whether it was big/small or harmful/harmless...The presence itself of a reptile or any foriegn object in a swimming pool of a 5 star hotel is unacceptable and unheard of. Is this the standard of a 5 star hotel in India??
