The Closure Report by Vijaypratap Singh on 09 Feb 2012

Had Raja be given similar opportunity when DMK was in power 2G scam may be having the same end? Modi have managed SIT and people of country have great disappointment from judicial system. The similar situation had been in past when judiciary surrendered before existing Government during emergency. Courts must ensure impartiality while dealing cases of public interest.

Why are you so worried? by Kanu Mistry on 09 Feb 2012

Why is the question mark on your heading? Are you worried? Even if it is done so by Supreme Court appointed SIT? Our Bharat-Ratn Super Secular tribe will not stop at this. The Court must go on and on till Modi is proven guilty. The outcome is fixed by our super secular English press. The court is only supposed to complete the formality !! This is called the justice !!!

Inactive C.M by Shivaji on 09 Feb 2012

Modi has been found to be inactive by the courts. Well if a parallel is drawn for inaction in the huge 2G scam,C.W.G. scam and numerous others what will be the position of our H.M and P.M. One fails to understand how a P.M. who just watched the scams to take place is again and again hailed as honest while an honest efficient C.M. is being hounded?

SIT by BAJ on 09 Feb 2012

What is this SIT for. crystal clear that, the power house of Gujarath was behind the shameful act in 2002. Where is our Country heading to..if such things keep on coming, people will loose faith and hope of the system. LONG LIVE INDIA and GOD will punish the culprit.

modi should be hanged till death! by swetha on 09 Feb 2012

Riot Cases Against Modi closed by Mohan Singh Mahadevrao on 09 Feb 2012

In India our judiciary and laws are accused friendly and not victim friendly. All the four accused of student murder case ,have been acquited. Would we prosecute Maderena and other Bishnois in Bhawanri Devi murder case for life imprisonment.DGP. S.P.S. Rathore punished after 20 years.Arushi murderers are yet to come behind the bar. Then how can we prosecute a high profile Chief Minister despite several proofs have been published be media during last ten years.

Congress desperate by moh on 09 Feb 2012

It is very sad if we recall this incident of riots with thousands of life lost. But how can they make the Modi liable. Did Congress make Rajiv Gandhi responsible for the riots on Sikhs in 1983. Despite repeated attempts by Congress, Governor, NGO they are not able to bring prosecutable evidence against Modi because none exist, while in the Centre, UPA & Congress it has been merrily carrying on with its massiv scams and cover ups, which has denied and killed decent standard of life of millions of massess, while all along Modi has delivered massive improvements to the standard of life for crores of Gujaratis including the Muslims. Congress relently pursuing this issue since Modi is a real challenge for their black money coverup operation
