Sagar (MP) Taking potshots at anti-corruption activist Arvind Kejriwal, Madhya Pradesh BJP chief Prabhat Jha has said he will be like a "fused bulb" in politics.

Jha said the key member of now disbanded Team Anna is not a leader but "an activist doing politics of swadeshi with foreign funding".

Taking part in a rally here organised by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha yesterday, he said, "Kejriwal is not fit for politics, where he will be like a fused bulb."

Kejriwal, a Magsaysay Award winner, is more of an "activist who is doing politics of swadeshi with foreign funding", the BJP leader maintained.

The bureaucrat-turned-RTI activist and some other members of the erstwhile Team Anna have decided to form a political party.

DOING POLITICS by nagappan nair on 26 Sep 2012

The established political parties will view a new party only as a rival in the business and hence they make such adverse comments. It is quite natural. But suppose Kejriwal's party gets a few seats in parliament, both UPA and NDA will try to woo him. In polytricks anything can happen.

Dichotomy of Anna and Kejriwal relation by Rup Narayan on 26 Sep 2012

Anna, like Gandhi and RSS, knows the option of politicians' ability to change the dictums of the game. So, they want to influence it from outside rather than joining the game. Kejriwal is young, energetic with spartan spirit and wishes to try out his ability to bring change by joining the game. We are innocent public and can only chant 'Jai ho Jai ho'. Time will only decide the winner of fight against corruption. In the end, I am afraid the nature of question might change from elimination of corruption to minimization/reduction of corruption. My best wishes to lone fighter Arvind Kejriwal! You will be put to a variety of questions. If you are 24 kret pure gold, you will come out victorious. Only then the public will chant confidently 'jai ho jai ho,Kejriwal ki jai ho'

Kejriwal tactics by Deepak on 26 Sep 2012

So far we have seen only disruptive tactics from Kejriwal and opposition to what others are doing. What we need to see is positive actions that really do good for the country. It is much easier to tear down than to build up. Kejriwal is falling severely short in building up the nation.

@This case BJP is correct by Rama Mohan Anne on 26 Sep 2012

Dear Fellow indians ----- There are deficiencies in India which we need to address LOKSATTA is one party which gives RECEIPTS for all Transactions But if Sri Arvind Kejrewelji got Funds from Foreign ,it is 100 percent critical that he declare the source of FUNDS BJP getting Funds inside India is also debatable within Indian Borders and we will make sure INDIAN POLITICAL PARTIES make the change LOKSATTA is one Indian political Party that gives Receipts and discloses all Income plus Expenditure on its website as well so if sri Arvind Kejrewelji needs to compare ,compare with Indian political Party LOKSATTA INDIAN govt alleges Rockerfeller Foundation gave funds if so it is serious Conflict of Indias National Interests as well

What about BJP Funds? by RAMESHKUMAR on 26 Sep 2012

BJP who collects funds from corporates and pretends to be against corporates is cheating the people. It has become a fund raiser party under Gadkari. When Kejriwal and Anna team wa raising the issue of corruption on behalf of the people of India, BJP was hiding because they know that Jan lokpal will serve their interest. If BJP don't go in people's interest its prospects also will be like a fused bulb shortly.

Chameleon BJP by Sanjay on 26 Sep 2012

The most hypocrite party of the Indian polity is the BJP. It changes color like a chameleon. Nobody can beat them in this.

What these unscrupulous politicians think about themselves? by Umesh on 26 Sep 2012

Are the political parties present today have the right to fight elections in the country? Mr Jha might not be remembering the formation of Janata party who came to power, because the general public were fed up with the rules of Indiara Gandhi then. Kejriwal is far better a candidate than many other greedy politicians from both, the ruling and opposition parties. Let him along with his team fight the coming Lok Sabha election and who knows he would get landslide majority as the public in the country are totally fed up with the present politicians, all represents just nothing but scms!!!
