According to police, the girl, a student of Delhi Public School in Vasundhara Sector 9, used to take the bus to and from school.
Ghaziabad police said the girl was usually the last one to be dropped on the way back from school. “The men had been abusing her repeatedly over the last 15 days and threatened her against disclosing it to anyone. On September 5, the girl’s parents noticed swelling on her body parts. She was taken to a doctor who suggested that they talk to the girl as something was clearly amiss,” a police officer said.
“ On being questioned by her parents, the girl broke down and told them that the two men on the bus had been repeatedly molesting her. It was after this that the family approached police, and an FIR was registered,” the officer said.
Police said investigations were underway and they were questioning the two men.
Cases under IPC sections 377 (unnatural offences) and 506 (criminal intimidation) have been registered against the men. They were produced in a Ghaziabad court on Friday afternoon and remanded in judicial custody.
An official of the DPS Ghaziabad Society said, “We do not know how something like this could have happened. There was a dedicated teacher on the bus for the safety of students, and the instructions were never to leave the children alone. The moment the incident came to light, we began cooperating with police. An internal investigation is underway as well. The driver and the contractor have been removed from their posts.”

After going through the entire case i personally feel guilty being an indian we do not have any death sentences for such crimes eventually they would be prosecuted under IPC Sectioned 376 which impose a sentence of imprisonment for a term of less than seven years. Bering an Indian i would request President of India and cheif justice of India to make an amendment to imprison for life or exile from Indian nation in order to remove plague from the society
Leave alone the conductor, how can a driver stop the bus in the middle of the road and do the ghastly act in broad day light.School version is that there are dedicated teaching staff who escort students till last stop.All this is a warning for all of us. Even children are not safe at home. Parents have no time to welcome them at home. Parents should see to the other aspect of the case at home, when their little heart is alone. Incidents of such kind have become a daily affair. I have been astonished several times after reading the reports of near relatives (father included) molesting girl child. Shameful acts that need to be addressed fairly.
These days women are the teachers.These ladies have got no sense of attachments to the students as a group.They work to get some pocket money to mostly spend on items of fashion and entertainment.So what is there to be astonished?
