The women must wear what the Nation, state and the community planned and designed for example: Salwar, Churidhar, Saree, leggins and tops etc., conventional and modern fashion of new models which are very seldom wears the women. Otherwise, women wares ceremonial dresses for example wedding bridals wearings at all on which what will be inspire respect and other will be evoked pervert? the Indian women could not wear as her own; moreover dresses sewed consistent to the weather and atmospheric humidity, in India prevailing warm and hot weather, where the above quoted dresees are compatible and where in the western countries dominating cold weather and cool breeze, so the environmental situations were being played a major role to introduce and produce dresses for women as per the weather conditions which may have been modified to allure in the fashion exhibition and for producing cinema and movies which can be emulated by some and be imitated jeans as per the weather adaptation in west.

Like Taliban and Khaps, this minister also has put the onus of dressing appropriately on women so that they earn respect. Funny that MEN appear to have no responsibilities in this matter. India is still a male dominated society wherein MEN weild position of leadership and power. But, then, no responsibility to behave like gentelmen you say?

There is some truth in kailashji's advice, women should not wear dresses that arouse sexual excitement, very recently British government, to keep away teenager from sexual excitement, banned girls wearing skirts in schools, if people accept his advice to some extent cases of sexual harassment will reduce, it is governments duty to preserve the women's dignity but society has also co operate with administration
