BY definition any money paid outside the tax framework with no receipt becomes black money. THis is happening every hour , every minuet in almost very transaction where no bill or receipt is given. This may be given as a donation to a religious organisation or to Mutts or to Swamijis who combine their religious activities with commercial ventures which make profits-not taxed because of being dubbed as charitable organisations. THis money is a mix of foreign donations and sometime such monies are stashed abroad as assets. How are we going to stop the generation of black money every hour and every minute and confuse the issue as though all the black money is stashed abroad? The war against black money has to be fought first within the country. Our MPs and MLAs get big chunk of cash reimbursements and one wonders how and where these funds are parked to be used at the time of elections.
