Rohit Shekhar has today won the prestigious case that Rohit Tiwari is Biological son of Mr N.D. Tiwari a senior Congress Leader as per the directions from the Court . As Mr N.D. Tiwari had earlier requested not to announce the verdict publically keeping his status and position in the Society .As the Mother knew the Father of her Son , It would have been much better if Mr N.D. Tiwari would have accepted earlier Mr Rohit Shekhar as his biological Son .

Legal system is amenable to misuse and Tiwari has deployed every legal means to frustrate coming out of truth.True to his class,he remains shameless.Mr.Sekhar has shown courage and deserves our praise.But he,for no fault of his,is saddled with such wretched person being his biological father.

Five year's to get a simple paternity test! This is criminal injustice. The matter should have been finished in a month. The judges who caused the delay must be investigated.

Shame on Congressmen - Let's hope no more petition will be filed in the court against other Congress leaders to conduct DNA test. If the test is conducted on other Congress leaders shocking secrets will be revealed. Now it's proven tht Congress party is not only involved in corrutpion but they are smart enough to indulge in other activities too.Shame Shame congress.

People were aware that Rohit was Tiwari's son. Tiwari just followed his great leaders (read 'My days with Nehru' by Mathai). After few years, one son will go to court to prove that Manu Abdhishek Singvi as his father.

I can imagine what kind of pressure tactics ndtiwari might have used as a politician. just shows ordinary people , have courage and fight the oppressive, and the powerful. let justice prevail. ndtiwari on his part wasted everyone's time and also dragged his party's name along with him. congress could have very well counseled him to do the right thing, but it failed to do so. they now have to bear the consequence of it. its easy to sling mud at bjp for watching porn. but this is worse. this man was the governor by choice for congress.

A person who fails to recognize his own son, saying it is a conspiracy against him, has been our political leader, in the past also as a Chief minister. Must be punished. He must be thrown out of public life.

And now the biological son must get his due slice in the political bread of congress!

Cricket test played for 5 days. ND Tewariji' test was played for3 years. Truth has won. Justice done.

Tiwari should have accepted his son long back. Perhaps he had doubt as Rohit's mother was having affair with many persons. when the came to the court he should have voluntarily offered DNA test. Now the foolish man is crying for reputation! He should have thought of his reputation when he slept with different women. The moron should have taken the precaution during the act. Condoms were freely available on those days. He wanted to delay the case out till his death. That what curtailed by the court. Congrats Rohit! You have a father now.

Since ND Tiwari is now caught, as he has lied and wasted the time of entire judiciary for over 3 years and also of the victims and causing torture of victim he should compensate the nation for all the costs associated with this case.

Shri ND Tiwari in not only a senior congress leader but also been cabinet minister, Governor and once tipped to be the prime minister as well. Above all, he is a humble servant of the congress party and has always devoted himself for service of the people. Now,as per the system in vogue within the party, Shri Rohit Shekhar fulfills all qualifications for being nominated to Parliament and ministerial berth, considering his father's stature !

This time also our Honorable High Court has come to the rescue and restored the confidence of ordinary people. It is true, only a mother knows who has fathered the child. If the mother is or to that effect the victim or trapped is God fearing and sincere to be, she can tell her son who is his father. For N.D. Tiwari Rohit Sekhar may be a product of biological pleasure, but for Rohit his fathers name was necessary to prove his mother%u2019s love and sincerity. Well done Rohit.
