demons among humans by Pravin Punj on 03 Jan 2013

One comes across several cases of extreme atrocities being committed against women in our country. Our age old value calls for giving full respect to ladies and to treat them with reverence. However, in the midst of materialistic progress the values and ethos have been overlooked and we have failed to safeguard them miserably. The ills and evils can not be removed overnight. It will require proper changes in education system Social values favouring males need to be canged. As a deterrent , laws against rape have to be enforced effectively and changed and punishment needs to be as severe as the agony faced by the victim. The culprit has to be exposed for his heinous crime and treated accordingly. All in society will have to contribute in making the society free from such evils and keep the demons away from the humans.

Congress must commence its "Name by KS Raghunathan on 03 Jan 2013

With the Congress Party advocating its much publicized "Name and Shame" policy for rapists, it is apt for the party to start this project with its prominent leader Shri Bikram Singh Brahma at the top to showcase to the world that it means business with zero tolerance for rape crimes against women.

Assam Cong Leader attempts rape Bodo woman by Varadhan Iyer on 03 Jan 2013

Sonia Madam said during Gujarat election campaign that NO ONE is safe in Gujarat BUT what about her own (party ruled) states first it was Rajasthan., now Assam. DO they really care about women, with a woman as a party leader and with some women like Renuka Chaudhary etc. It is time they kick out those party members/ministers who are involved in crime against women either before or being elected. IF they don't do now then it clearly shows their TRUE COLOUR
