Well for me it is a shock when i heard that Sachin will grace the upper house. It is evident to every indian that what congress government has done in last 7-8 years. They have given lots of scams and their ministers have looted billions of rupees resulting in a high inflation throughout their regime. Sachin is the icon of the nation, and i think he should have held the hands of such a corrupted govt.

It's totally bullshit why he was appointed as MP. What the hack he will do in politics, he is not well educated and can not express his feeling to the public. We don't need showcase like him in politics. We need well educated and business people not like him. I would definitly think about Dhoni but not him. He is good in how to hit hard ball and not in how to lead indian public. Look at his weakness, because of his poor performance he could never became indian cricket team captain because he knew he would not be able to lead a team and not that he does not want to become a captain, so how would he lead indian public if he could not led 10 people. I would think, he should not be allowed in politics unless he can show that yes he is qualified.
