There are hundred of cases all over India. Such type of crime always happens in isolated areas. The victim can not able to fight for long against these criminals. One of the option would be to allow them to have one gun / pistol which will definitely help them at any point of time. The gun license holder should be trained by the local police. It is high time for Govt to simplify Gun license for women applicant and promote them to have their own Gun. At present 10000:1 ratio of public vis-a-vis police can not protect our women from these criminals. Since our judicial system is a long process, it takes lot of time to give justice to the victim. Life sentence (till death) should be given to these criminals without any condition for appeal.
