Woman raped, filmed at gun point in Jind

Woman was alone at home when 3 men, who were familiar with family, entered home and raped her.

Chandigarh A married woman was allegedly raped in her house at gun point by three men, who also made a video clip of the crime and circulated it in her village in Jind district.

The woman, mother of two children, was alone in her home at Pilu Khera Mandi when three men, who were familiar with the family, entered her house in afternoon and allegedly raped her at gunpoint, police said.

Her husband was away for work when the incident occurred.

The accused allegedly also filmed the crime and circulated it in the village, police said.

“We have registered an FIR yesterday and two of the accused have been arrested,” Jind SP, Sourabh Singh said on Wednesday.

I understand that in traditional villages this woman's reputation is ruined I hope the punishment matches the crime and that these mens lives are ruined.
