SIR ,AS ALMOST ONE YEAR HAS PASSED AND NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE MOD GOVT OF INDIA.WILL INDIAN EXSERVICEMEN MOVEMENT TAKE SOME INITIATIVE TO FILE CONTEMPT OF AFT OR MOVE HIGHER COURT SO THAT VOICE OF HONORARY OFFICERS ARE HEARD.

Sir, I am Sub Maj & Hony Capt retired on 31 Aug 2008. Is govt has been accepted for revison of pension as per said armed forces tribunal judgement and but govt is doing for those who have retired after jan 2006 because their pension has also been sanction from minimum scale?
