Taking a dig at Chief Minister Narendra Modi, he said, “First become CM and then think about being the PM. This is an assembly election.”

“The Modi government has not even given kachcha houses forget about 50 lakh pucca houses for the poor. The women who gathered to fill forms for the houses got lathis instead of houses,” he added.
