Deputy Inspector General, (DIG), Alok Kumar said, “Six to seven people will be selected from each police station who will be made to undergo a training to learn the software.”

B Radhika, an IPS officer from MHA who visited the Police Station in Sector 19 and the office of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) East on Wednesday, said while talking to Newsline , “Officer of each rank will have to undergo a different training. As job of an inspector is different from that of a DSP, the training for CCTNS will be held accordingly.”

She had also mentioned that the software is being checked by the application of bug detectors. “We have already checked the software by the use of bug detectors five times. All the problems that erupted were sorted. One or two more rounds and we will be ready to launch it.”
