Look who's back!

Jaskiran Kapoor

Aman Verma

He came with a bang, and left with a bigger one! In between, he scouted the jungles on Sony, and now we hear that Aman Verma is making a big comeback. Aman, who shot to fame with hit television shows like 'Khul Ja Sim Sim', 'Shanti' and 'Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', suffered a huge setback when a channel did an 'expose' on him. But 'friends' like Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan and Govinda came to his rescue, and now, the man's set to re-emerge as one of the strongest contenders on television. While his new serial 'Betaab Dil Ki Tamanna Hai' is winning him accolades, it has high TRP ratings too. To add to this, Aman's bagged himself stage shows - yet again, with the ladies! After compering for 'Miss Pune' and 'Miss Mumbai', he's looking forward to compere 'Miss Kolkata', 'Miss Delhi' and finally, 'Miss India'. What's more, the man's been giving pep-talks, motivating corporate entrepreneurs in different cities. In fact, he seems to be highly motivated himself; having lost a lot of weight and acquired a new country man look, replete with a stylish moustache et al. Aman's all set to play the lead in a Punjabi film 'Gud Kha Ke Mar Javaan', something he is excited about. "God has given me this fabulous second chance and I'm grateful for it," Aman says with a smile. "Hope no girl messes with it this time," he adds with a twinkle in his eyes.
